Help

How sign-in works in this app, and which page to use depending on where you are in the property manager onboarding process.

Quick start

  1. New to Teustar? Start at /onboarding to create your account and submit a property manager application.
  2. Already approved? Use /login to access the dashboard.
  3. Just verified your email? Open /onboarding and sign in to continue your application.

Three states (and what you can access)

1) Not signed in
Public pages only
You can browse Listings and read About/Help.
2) Onboarding signed in
Onboarding only
You can complete your application at /onboarding. This does not grant dashboard access.
3) Dashboard signed in
Full PM access
You can access properties, tenants, leases, tickets, documents, and reporting.

Email verification (required for onboarding)

After creating an account, check your inbox for a verification link. Once verified, return to /onboarding and sign in to continue. If the link is expired, use the resend option on the onboarding sign-in screen.

Common situations

I signed in and got redirected away from the dashboard
That means your account isn’t approved for property management yet. Use /onboarding to submit (or continue) your application.
I only want to browse
Use /listings for public listings. No sign-in required.

If something looks stuck (uploads, submit, or verification), refresh the page and try again. If it still fails, contact support.
